These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (perdollz.com) and all digital services provided by Perdollz, including but not limited to web design, web development, digital marketing, branding, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, mobile app development, IT services, and software development (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting a project request, or hiring Perdollz for any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website and Services.

 

2. Scope of Services

Perdollz provides a wide range of digital solutions tailored to client needs.
Details such as project scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities will be clearly defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, quotation, or invoice (collectively, the “Service Agreement”).

Work will begin only after acceptance of the Service Agreement and completion of the required initial payment.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure proper project execution, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date project information

  • Supply all required materials (text, images, branding assets, credentials, etc.) in a timely manner

  • Confirm that all provided materials are legally owned or properly licensed

  • Respond promptly with approvals, feedback, or clarifications

Perdollz is not responsible for delays, errors, or missed deadlines caused by missing information, late responses, or inaccurate client inputs.

4. Payment Terms

All payments, fees, and schedules are outlined in your Service Agreement.

  • Work begins only after receiving the agreed-upon initial deposit

  • Full payment is required before final deliverables are released

  • Late or missed payments may delay project progress or result in temporary suspension

  • Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

  • Additional costs may apply for requested features, premium tools, or extra revisions

Failure to complete payments may result in service termination.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment:

  • You receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final deliverables for personal or business purposes

  • Perdollz retains ownership of all source files, design drafts, development frameworks, scripts, and internal tools unless otherwise agreed

  • Unused design concepts remain the property of Perdollz

  • Custom code or backend systems may be licensed, not sold, depending on the Service Agreement

  • Any third-party assets (fonts, plugins, templates, etc.) remain subject to their respective licenses

     

6. Revisions and Additional Work

Revision details will be specified in the Service Agreement.

  • Only the agreed number of revisions are included

  • Additional revisions, scope changes, or new feature requests may require extra payment

  • Clients must provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays

     

7. Cancellations and Termination

Either party may cancel a project with written notice.

If the client cancels:

  • Payments are required for all completed work up to the cancellation date

  • Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

  • Payment obligations are violated

  • The client breaches these Terms

  • Abusive or unprofessional behavior occurs

  • Illegal or unethical use of services is detected

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Perdollz shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Issues arising from third-party software, hosting providers, APIs, or platforms

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control

 

9. Third-Party Tools, Licenses & Integrations

Some Services may involve the use of third-party tools such as:

  • Plugins, themes, hosting services

  • APIs, payment gateways, software licenses

  • Analytics, marketing, or automation tools

  • Third-party outages, updates, or policy changes

  • Extra subscription or licensing costs

  • Functionality issues caused by external services

 

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public project information confidential.

Perdollz may display completed work in its portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].

12. Changes to These Terms
