At Perdollz, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services and ensure a positive experience for every client. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services, including web development, branding, digital marketing, app development, and IT solutions.

By hiring Perdollz or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

Because our work involves custom development, design, and creative output, refunds are not guaranteed.
Refund eligibility depends on project status, work completed, and the terms defined in your Service Agreement.

Perdollz does not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the project has started

  • Delays caused by the client

  • Failure to provide required content or feedback

  • Services partially completed or fully delivered

  • Third-party products, tools, or subscriptions purchased for the project

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

2.1 Before Project Starts

If no work has begun and no resources have been allocated, a partial refund (excluding administrative and planning fees) may be considered.

2.2 During Early Stages

If work has already started:

  • Refunds are limited to the portion of work not yet completed

  • Applied hours, design drafts, planning, and administrative tasks are non-refundable

2.3 After Deliverables Are Delivered

Once design files, code, assets, or any deliverables have been shared:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

3. Deposits and Advance Payments

  • All deposits, booking fees, and advance payments are non-refundable

  • Deposits secure project scheduling, planning, and resource allocation

  • Deposits cannot be transferred to another project unless approved in writing

4. Monthly Services (Marketing, SEO, Maintenance)

For ongoing or subscription-based services:

  • Payments made for the current month are non-refundable

  • Cancellation affects future billing cycles only

  • Work performed before cancellation remains fully payable

5. Project Cancellation by Client

If the client wishes to cancel:

  • A written cancellation request is required

  • Client must pay for all completed work up to the cancellation date

  • Any unpaid invoices must be settled immediately

  • Intellectual property rights of completed work remain with Perdollz until full payment is received

6. Project Cancellation by Perdollz

Perdollz may cancel a project due to:

  • Non-payment

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

  • Abusive or unprofessional behavior

  • Unlawful use of Services

In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work

  • Outstanding payments must be cleared before cancellation is finalized

7. Third-Party Products and Services

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Domain registrations

  • Hosting plans

  • Premium plugins, apps, themes, or APIs

  • Third-party service subscriptions

8. Quality Assurance

If you are unhappy with any deliverable:

  • You are entitled to revisions as outlined in the Service Agreement

  • Perdollz will make reasonable efforts to address quality concerns

  • Project name

  • Invoice number

  • Reason for refund request

  • Evidence (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 7–10 business days.

Perdollz may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
